**About Our Client**:
Our client is a family-owned business that has been successfully operating for more than four decades. Over the last eight months, they have experienced significant growth. Currently, they are seeking to expand their Telesales team.

If successful, you can expect the following to be apart of your day to day duties:

- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls: Taking charge of handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls efficiently.
- Ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and entered into SAP systems: Making sure that every order provided by customers is meticulously documented and correctly inputted into the SAP system.
- Comparing current orders with previous records to identify sales opportunities: Analysing current orders in comparison to past records to discover potential sales opportunities.
- ️ Creating opportunities to sell additional products and fostering lasting customer relationships: Proactively seeking chances to promote additional products while building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our client's product range and promotions: Keeping up-to-date and well-informed about a wide array of products and promotions.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- SAP Knowledge (desirable): Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- ️ Organised and Self-driven: Possesses strong organisational skills and can work independently.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette: Demonstrates exceptional telephone manners.
- Proficient in Office Programs: Has a strong command of computer office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Effective Time Management: Demonstrates good time management skills.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service: Exhibits excellent communication and customer service abilities.
