UK Based role, this is a fully remote role with an occasional need to come to the office - ideally you will live within reasonable commutable distance.
** What you will be doing**:
- Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to internal and external customers and be accountable for presenting a consistent 'face of SHL’ to the customer.
- To maximise on all sales opportunities coming into the Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC) client business.
- Look for potential revenue streams and feed back to management for ways to increase revenue and update SHL processes.
- Manage accounts of small and medium enterprise (SME) companies.
**What we are looking for from you**:
Essential:
- Excellent people skills; excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English with a second European language (Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish).
- Effective time management and experience of working to time frames.
- Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
- Great customer facing techniques and duty to remedying issues promptly.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a contact center environment preferred however not essential.
- Degree educated preferred however not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Be able to work under pressure working to agreed targets.
