**Your role at Signature**:

In your new role as a Regional Support Partner, your main focus will be the delivery of high-quality care standards and positive clinical outcomes. This involves partnering with the Regional Director and Care Home Managers to assist in delivering a care strategy that reinforces high resident satisfaction, manages clinical risk effectively and achieves all key performance indicators.
You’ll help to develop and deliver business improvement plans that drive continuous improvement throughout our homes, monitoring the quality of service provision in the homes, analysis and use of quality metrics, conducting quality audits, and liaising with the Operational Quality team for further involvement where necessary.
You’ll also develop focused quality improvement plans in homes that identify the actions, ownership and timescales needed to deliver the expected quality of service.

You’ll be an NCM registered nurse with general management experience, including experience of working across more than one care setting i.e. residential, nursing or dementia. You’ll have a track record of effective decision making, strategic thinking and project delivery and extensive knowledge of care service businesses and the UK health and social care market, including cultural factors. You’ll need to have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and
an ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust among key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will round out your experience, alongside fantastic personal presentation skills.
