**_Sublime Resourcing are supporting the recruitment for ambitious Sales Executives (6 Months+ Sales Experience) to join a really exciting 'establihsed' start-up team in Buckinghamshire._**
This is a perfect opportunity for someone starting their career in sales and is looking to receive best-in-class training within a supportive and forward thinking organisation.
The Sales Team are looking to establish long-term relationships and key partnerships with a variety of clients in order to gain leads for Private Clients. Predominantly, these clients are likely to be in the process of purchasing or selling a property overseas.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for contacting clients who have been referred via your partners with a view to convert them into opening an account and ready to trade.
**SALARY IS £20,000 - £25,000 with a _highly realistic_ first year earning of £35,000-£40,000+++**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Establishing Key Partners and Long-Term Client Relationships with Real Estate Agents, Property Developers, Lawyers, Overseas Removal Companies etc.**:
- **Clearly communicate our clients services and how they can help clients with their goals**:
- Clearly communicate the benefits of using a currency broker versus traditional methods of banks
- Handle objections to encourage clients to open an account
- Work collaboratively with the partnership managers and update them on client progress
- Hit daily target of calls and account openings
- A clear communicator with the ability to make complex things simple
- A "can do" mentality
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE**
- **6 Months Sales exposure in any form**:
- **Experience of phone based client service / sales**:
- **Educated to Degree level ideal (but other educational achievements will be considered)
