**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Recruitment Partner for the Trust Office at GDST, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective and streamlined processes to support our operations recruitment. You will build strong supplier partnerships and help the GDST to attract exceptional talent to support our mission of empowering young women through education.

**Trust Office**: You will provide essential operational process support for recruitment activities within the Trust Office, ensuring that our hiring processes are robust, competitive, and aligned with our organisational goals. Your responsibilities will also include delivering comprehensive training and guidance to hiring managers, empowering them to make informed decisions and select top talent.

Teams include Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, HR, Legal, IT, Estates, Facilities and Finance.

**Schools & Trust Office**: You will take the lead in managing our recruitment suppliers, fostering strong relationships, and driving maximum value from these partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to our schools, offering strategic guidance on operational recruitment strategies and best practices.

Staying at the forefront of industry trends and insights, you will keep hiring managers informed with regular sector updates, research findings, market data, and best practices, ensuring that our recruitment processes remain innovative and effective. Your dedication to excellence will enable GDST to continue delivering outstanding education to young women across our network of schools.

**What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring To The Role**
- Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment. An understanding of the education sector or a similar mission-driven environment would be helpful, but isn’t essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- CIPD or equivalent qualifications in HR or recruitment are desirable but not essential.
