We are expanding our people team to support our venues in achieving success, You will help the group to succeed by using your previous skills and knowledge to source, attract and hire talent while we go from strength to strength.
Operating as part of and reporting into the wider people function, it is a “hands-on” role for a growing team.

You will be working with the Head of recruitment and training, taking responsibility of the day to day recruitment, building strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, our Operations managers, GMs and Head Chefs, improving brand awareness and maintaining and building new relationships with sourcing opportunities.

You will also be responsible for using the systems provided for effective management of recruitment and timely reporting to Line manager and other Stakeholders.

In addition, you will support and promote all Company-wide initiatives.

Previous recruitment experience is essential and is desirable that the person has previous experience in working within hospitality, catering or leisure industry.

Flexible to work from head office & On site 3 -4 times a week.

**Role and Responsibilities of the Recruitment partner**:

- Give guidance and advice to management team on advertising, sourcing new avenues and analysing current platforms used.
- Building a strong relationship with each of the Operations managers and General Managers - communicating regularly and supporting them with their recruitment needs.
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment and staff activity, reporting into Head of department, ensuring all stake holders are updated regularly on recruitment activity and trends.
- Manage ATS platform and recruitment budgets, provide industry advice and guidance to managers when posting job adverts.
- Job description/advert and people specification creation.
- Source new partnerships with external suppliers for permanent and temporary recruitment.
- Maintaining and building new relationships with local Colleges and Universities. Organising and attending industry events/job fairs and recruitment days to promote the City pub group as the company of choice for new team members.
- To aid in the reviewing of succession planning of our staff.
- Researching new sourcing opportunities and being innovative in your approach
- Take ownership of current recruitment partnerships with future network, visa sponsorships and Restless, work with the head of department to build on these working relationships and propose new initiatives moving forwards with market trends.
- Be responsible for looking after social media platforms, not just advertising roles, but life working for CPG and promoting our company culture, Values and team spirit.
- Work closely with the wider people team
- There will be some travel and overnight stays with this role, an opportunity to build relationships with the team and wider management and gain a full understanding of the operation and each venues individual character.

- Proficient in IT with a full understanding of spreadsheets, word processing and social media
