Business Development Associate Partner

What if you could use your creativity to change the direction of the entire transportation and delivery sector to raise the bar on customer experience? You will hire net new partners (entrepreneurs) by taking them through the recruitment processes
-You will continuously improve the way we engage with partners and the services we provide to increase quality and efficiency.
-You will identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve partner pain points and improve partner experience.
We are looking to hire a Business Developer, responsible for unlocking and growing our Partner portfolio through sales development, relationship building, engagement activities and great customer experience.
Amazon couldn’t deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience delivering Lean/Six Sigma projects such as Kaizens, Greenbelts, and continuous improvement initiatives, this should include needs assessment, business case creation, scope definition, project planning and project implementation
- German fluent skills
