**Position**: Nursery Administrator

**Salary**: £12.42 -£15.18 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

**Hours**:Full time - 40 hours per week

**Location**: Virginia Quay, Docklands, London, E14 2ED

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Nursery Administrator to join us at Bright Horizons East India Dock Day Nursery and Preschool.

Our East India Dock Nursery and Preschool is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’. The nursery has specially designed rooms that are fully equipped and include areas such as book corner, sensory exploration, music, and movement Our nursery also features a fantastic free flow garden, complete with climbing equipment, tricycles, slide and so much more

**Purpose of Role**:
To provide effective administrative support to an individual nursery, and Nursery Manager. Ensuring the highest level of customer service internally and externally, by carrying out day to day administrative tasks, to deliver a seamless service.

**Essential Experience**:

- Significant experience in a customer service setting. Demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding customer service, both internally and externally, and in person over the phone.
- Demonstrable track record of resolving issues for customers.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on information and data
- Should be able prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong computer skills to manage daily responsibilities - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Entry
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR

**Experience Desirable**:

- Previous experience of working in an Early Years administrative role

**Qualifications**
- Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.

**Personal attributes**
- NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
- Paediatric First Aid
- First Aid at work
- Strong computer skills to manage daily responsibilities - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,834.00-£31,574.00 per year
