We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, and dynamic Business Administrative Assistant to join the Head Office Team full-time (35 hours per week) in our expanding nursery chain. We are a group of nurseries based in London and Bristol, providing childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

**Scope of Position**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize files update company database spreadsheet, records, and documents
- Take minutes at staff, parent and other ad hoc meetings
- Assist with data entry and clerical duties
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Carry out any other administrative duties involved in all areas of the business

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and data entry techniques
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
