Our global music client is looking for a digital-savvy Manager to work on their Digital Audience Strategy to build communities online.Prior music industry is essential for this role.
**What the role involves**:

- To lead fanbase & community building initiatives, driving innovation, engagement & growth
- Enable Artists to establish their story/positioning via social channels & new platforms
- Share regular label updates focused on audience/community growth against key metrics & benchmarks
- Interpret reports and act on insights
- Have a strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Discord and Twitch platforms and the ability to analyse results, interpret & feedback for future campaigns
- Develop & share eCRM/SMS/WhatsApp best practices and innovation
- Manage D2C / webstore elements with the commercial team
- Oversee & lead on all key announcements (Album/Tour news/Pre-order/Early Access)
- Manage relationships with Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Triller and other key platform partners
- Work closely alongside the Streaming & Commercial team to manage relationships with YouTube, and TikTok to feed into other DSPs where necessary
- Integrate new digital deals/partnerships into marketing and promotional planning

**What you need for the role**:

- Experience in delivering multiple fan and partner activations
- Proven experience in managing, building and nurturing databases
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, data segmentation
- Strong relationships with key platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Snapchat are desirable
- Experience in responsive cross-browser and device web design
- Good understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practice
- Basic HTML coding skills
- Knowledge and experience in website and asset hosting
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar graphics software desirable
- Experience with WordPress CMS
