Administration Assistant

Schedule would be - Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Dealing with general customer queries
- Inputting hires and off-hires in the front desk book effectively
- Taking payments over the phone, and occasionally at the front desk
- Pursuing clients for late payments monthly and taking payments/asking for payment dates
- Processing invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
- Checking availability of machinery effectively and inputting the hire needs of customers into the book for deliveries and/or collections
- Processing customer receipts on Sage 50 Accounts and mark the correct invoices as paid
- Correctly inputting and updating new prices into the system
- Scanning and filing of paperwork
- Managing to prioritise tasks and ensuring important deadlines are met
**Desired skills include**:
- Excellent communications skills, both over the phone, and in person
- Numeracy skills
- Basic computer skills required: Microsoft, Outlook, etc
- Preferably experience using Sage 50 Accounts (however, training can be given)
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Previous experience working in a customer related role is preferred
- High attention to detail and organised
We have 4 weeks annual holidays plus public holidays.
