You must have very good Word and Excel dealing with existing spreadsheets and Manipulating them
Must have attention to Detail
This is to start Monday the 9th January and the hours are 8.00 till 5.00 Monday to Friday 100% office based and is paying 13.00 per hour the role is based next to Stonebridge park station a few minutes walk and there is off road parking also

must be proficient in Word in Excel, be confident and detail orientated.

Start 16th January 2023
With Word, updating existing and creating of CVs
With Excel, updating existing and creation of spreadsheets to include v-lookups
General housekeeping duties, not limited to electronic filing and setting-up links to folders

Duration: 4-6 weeks
Hours: 0800-1700 hours (1-hour lunch-break)

We will be looking at starting a temp admin person for six weeks starting from Monday 16th January 2023, The primary role to re-produce the CVs and supporting documents such as work experience spreadsheets and training and competency matrixes by the gang.This is for the submission of a year’s extension for an existing Lot 1 contract. The individual must have a good understanding of the English language and be fully competent with Microsoft Word & Excel. The individual will work full time on this project gettingexisting CVs, Training and Competency matrixes and working experience spreadsheets by gang updated and all in the same format. It is important these are done to a very high standard as the current submission we will be working on will be for one year but theinformation and documents completed will go towards bigger submission
