THE ROLE:
**Finance Assistant**

Assist with ensuring all financial information is up to date and accurate.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Assisting with the following:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cash Management
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports
- System maintenance and development
- Assistance with costings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Year-end processes and assisting Auditors
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
- Other ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks as required

**Experience, Skills & Qualification**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance role
- Accounting qualification preferred however qualified by experience considered
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly organised and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mentality
