Key Responsibilities Efficiently handling a high volume of third-party creditor invoices with precision.
Identifying discrepancies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Conducting thorough reconciliations of creditor statements.
Assisting in processing supplier payments and preparing statutory returns.
Generating and distributing monthly financial reports.
Providing administrative support to the Group Finance Accounts Team by managing the inbox, organizing, and electronically filing invoices.
Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
Posting journal entries to the general ledger.
Completing accurate bank reconciliations Essential Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role (2+years) Experienced in sage, microsoft excel Excellent communication skills Skills/Competencies: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Desireable: Experience working in the construction industry with knowledge of CIS and RCT VAT.
