**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for an IT experienced individual to join our Business Information Systems department here at Gowling WLG as a Systems Administrator focused within the area of Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Workflow. This role can be located in either our London or Birmingham office.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who brings to this role a self-motivated and highly organized attitude with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines whilst working on own initiative and/or as part of a team. You will evidence strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues as strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and interpersonal interaction skills are essential to work collaboratively across the organisation.

With this role sitting within a key function within the business you will require an adaptable, organised working style work with the ability to manage tasks with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment due to evolving priorities.

**Technical skills and experience required.**
- Knowledge and/or Experience of the Aderant stack
- Aderant PMS
- Aderant Expert Time or similar
- Experience using the following Applications.
- Chrome River
- Proactis or similar procurement systems.
- Arcs2G
- Ebilling Hub
- MSSQL Server, TSQL scripting

**Advantageous Skills and Experience.**
- Experience of working in a professional services environment
- BPM / low code development environments (UIPath/Power Automate)
- IntApp suite of products
- Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, or other enterprise systems
