Overview:
Join our dynamic Safety Team at Avanti West Coast as a System Support Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our frontline personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective ACMS functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update our database to accurately reflect employee information, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Development team to identify opportunities for process optimization and the integration of innovative technologies.
- Generate reports and contribute data to our Safety Council to ensure compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
