The measures and metrics in our ChannelDynamics Global database provide essential KPIs of own and competitor omnichannel dynamics, strengths and weaknesses that enable commercial organizations to plan & engage with HCPs based on data driven evidence.

The successful applicant will be responsible for sales of Global ChannelDynamics to HQ and regional HQ pharmaceutical, biopharma, medtech and consumer health companies, and adjacent segments such as fincoms, academia and comms agencies.

The Global ChannelDynamics team is a small, close knit group of offering experts working collaboratively within the wider GMI sales and delivery network. We take pride in designing and delivering a diverse range of subscription and ad hoc projects that help ensure our clients provide HCPs with the right volume, mix and frequency of high-quality content on treatment options for their patients. **Role Purpose**

The main role of the ChannelDynamics Solution Sales Specialist is to drive new multi-country subscriptions and ad hoc sales. Your expert knowledge and consultative approach will deliver precisely tailored solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To achieve revenue and growth targets for Global ChannelDynamics through a consultative sales approach that solves clients’ business issues.
- Through proactive contact with existing and potential clients, generate new and incremental revenue from subscriptions and ad hoc analyses and regularly interface with customers at all levels to ensure solutions become entrenched within their businesses.
- Develop capabilities presentations, case studies, general and targeted client promotional materials.
- Actively raise awareness of Global ChannelDynamics within IQVIA to ensure that leads are generated from across the organisation and passed on.
- Collaborate closely with the GMI sales teams, other GMI Sales Specialists, Key Account Managers and colleagues across the organisation to identify and target opportunities.
- Create and present creative client proposals that result in conversion of sales leads.
- Create detailed project specifications, brief delivery teams, monitor project delivery, implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to country and account planning cadence as it relates to Global ChannelDynamics.
- Seek ‘starburst’ opportunities within existing customers to grow revenue across the GMI portfolio.
- As part of the sales process, gather market and client intelligence and provide strategic feedback to consulting, client service and sales teams to strengthen IQVIA’s product offerings and capture additional business.
- Contribute to regular forecasting, budgeting and business planning processes
- A successful track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities, or the aptitude and motivation to develop and refine consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to analyse and translate data into key insights and recommendations.
- Proactive and well organised with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
- Collaborative and consultative - able to develop positive relationships at all levels of client companies and within IQVIA sales, consulting and account management teams.
- Understanding of key commercial drivers for the global pharmaceutical industry and related businesses.
- Existing experience, or ability to quickly assimilate in depth knowledge, in one or more IQVIA offering areas.
- Ideally, familiarity with the GMI portfolio and other IQVIA core products and capabilities.
