Service Co-ordinator

Due to business growth and the acquisition of a well-known tent manufacturing business we are looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator.

The right person will be motivated and able to multi task. Skills and experience required include:

- Solid administration skills, ideally with experience of a CRM system and/or Sage.
- Resilient, positive and detail oriented.
- Organised, able to multi-task and prioritise workload in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Office 365 experience.
- Experience of working for a tent manufacturer or commercial laundry service not essential but highly desirable.

**Duties**
- Ensure that the services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet goals and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
