As a Culture Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our mission to promote and celebrate the diverse artistic heritage of India. You will have the unique responsibility of researching, developing, and delivering a wide range of engaging education, participation, performance, and festival events. By doing so, you will contribute to the realization of our ambitious three-year plan to create a thriving arts scene across Liverpool's five captivating city regions.

**What you'll do**:
✨ Conduct in-depth research to curate captivating arts and cultural experiences
✨ Develop and implement innovative educational programs to foster a deeper understanding of Indian arts
✨ Coordinate exciting participation initiatives to engage the community
✨ Organise performances and festival events
✨ Collaborate with local stakeholders, artists, and organizations to create a vibrant and inclusive cultural ecosystem

**What we're looking for**:
A true passion for the arts and a deep appreciation for Indian culture
Relevant educational background in arts, cultural studies, or a related field
Proven experience in event management, community engagement, or cultural programming
Creative thinking and the ability to transform ideas into impactful initiatives
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of Liverpool City Region and its cultural landscape (desirable)

**What we offer**:
Full-time position with a competitive salary of circa 27K (dependent on experience)
