This is a new role within the School of Environmental Science¿s Professional Services Team supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT) in managing ongoing and emerging projects. You will be responsible for generating management information and interpreting data relating to a number of projects aligning to the School¿s strategic priority areas of Education and Student Experience, Research and Impact and People and Culture.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) underpins all our activities and you will contribute to the development of our strategies and activities to enhance the experience of all our staff and students. You will be part of the Management Services Team and will work closely with the Dean and Head of Operation, liaising with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of the organisations including academics and professional services teams, establishing and maintaining a network of contacts internally and externally.
This post is a key point of contact for Professional Services and Academic Staff with respect to the manipulation and interpretation of data sets; contributing to its analysis as appropriate. The role will also require excellent people skills in relation to project management, coordinating groups of people, managing actions to enable mile stones to be met whilst sensitive of others workloads and priorities. You will be required to develop and maintain excellent working relationships both within the School and with key colleagues across the Faculty-University including Facilities, Residential and Commercial Services (FRCS), HR and Strategic Planning, Research Strategy and Support Office, Student Experience and Enhancement, IT Services and Finance.

You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
