We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Co-Ordinator/Executive Assistant.

**This is an important role in which you will**:
Provide vital assistance in the smooth running of the Foundation, helping to co-ordinate a range of activities and tasks whether it be helping to organise an event through to co-ordinating data in order that it can be used for interpretation. Working as part of the Torus Foundation Team, the post holder will co-ordinate activities, minute meetings, liaise with the finance team to help with good financial administration and also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

The post hold will also spend 2 days per week providing executive assistant support for the Managing Director. Tasks will include, managing appointments, booking travel, preparing information and general administrative support.

This role provides a great opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and who likes to help others.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
Have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, and be able to find solutions to challenges as they arise. We’re looking for someone who can really get stuck in to help the team achieve their objectives. Being able to operate at all levels will be important, from minute taking, dealing with customers and coordinating stories for the Torus Foundation website, the tasks will be varied, so having good organisational skills will be key.
