The job holder will provide comprehensive administration and customer service duties within the Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organisation with a positive working culture.

**Main Duties**

The main duties involved in this role will include but not limited to:

- Act as initial escalation point for any complaints or site issues, including information gathering.
- Work closely with the Customer Services Manager to ensure site based resource is utilised to the maximum ensuring contract efficiency, including smart allocation of works to Engineers/Operatives.
- Produce regular reports on progress in regards to work rota allocation, identifying backlog or progress issues.
- Allocating Engineers/Operatives to relevant tasks as required within agreed Company guidelines i.e installs, breakdown, repairs etc.
- Ensure all administration work related to Eco Installation work is completed.
- Accurately update internal workflow management system with relevant activities and work related notes, including information for materials orders.
- Ensure all phone calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently by team members, identifying and resolving issues avoiding escalation.
- To carry out such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, which, in the Company’s view are deemed to be within the range of skills and experience of the job holder

**Essential experience required**
- Experience of working in a scheduling/planning role
- Computer literate (using different software such as Microsoft packages, internal databases etc.)
- Previous experience of using databases to schedule work
- Experience of scheduling Engineers/operatives within the Energy sector

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
