**Core responsibilities will typically include**:

- Managing the ticketing system for the commercial client accounts (Zoho HMS & CRM)
- Providing 1 st line support, utilising diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- Resolution of maximum tickets, prior to escalation to 2 nd Line / Technical expert.
- Building trusted client relationships with top 30 Key Client Accounts.
- Ensuring customer experience and satisfaction.
- Continuously expanding knowledge on new product functions on core software and apps
- Collaborate with Training, Implementation and Technical teams.

**Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Strong MS Office skills and general IT literacy.
- Relevant experience.
- Natural affinity to learn and use new CRM systems, Tech platforms, Software, APP’s.
- Customer centric approach.
- Proven success of building trusted client relationships.
- Tenacious by nature, always striving to reach a resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Confident enabler, with a growth mindset and the ability to relay technical information.
