Senior Void Co-ordinator

We seek an ambitious and highly organized property management expert to optimize our void turnaround process and who is passionate about providing a high quality and efficient service.
You will take charge of streamlining maintenance plans to deliver upgrades efficiently, while liaising with contractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met. With an eye for detail and project coordination, you will schedule works, conduct quality inspections.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in building maintenance and property coordination.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Budget management skills and cost optimization experience.
- Proven experience in property coordination within social housing or a similar field.
- Relevant certifications in property management or housing regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee void property upgrade process from start to finish.
- Create and implement detailed maintenance plans for vacant homes.
- Schedule necessary improvement works based on assessments.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to deliver on time.
- Conduct quality inspections and sign-offs for completed properties.
- Maintain accurate records and generate progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks causing delays.
- Line management responsibility for administration
This position will be 39 hours per week.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
