As a member of the HR Services Team you'll be responsible for providing an effective first-line administration and central HR service to the UK business to a professional standard.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role Includes**
- Supporting the wider HR team, managers and employees throughout the UK business in HR related queries
- Providing support to the CIF Country Champion on any training administration
- Entering, managing and maintaining all employee data on the HR Systems including employee personnel files and training records
- Undertaking referencing and vetting checks on employees in line with CAA governance
- Assisting with the management of employee data for monthly reporting and data cleanse activities as required by the business
- Assisting with the collation of information using HR systems and processes to enable accurate reporting including; sickness absence, headcount, recruitment and employee benefits
- Working with the HR team, assisting the administration of HR processes in line with current Company policy and practise, including; recruitment, leaver processes, absence processes and changes to employee terms and conditions
- Support with HR projects as required

**Your Profile - Skill sets and Attributes**
- Previous experience working in an HR environment
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Results driven with a high attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel (proficient with formulas and pivot tables) and HR Systems
