Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our client based in Chertsey.
The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the Onboarding and Right to Work Process
- Processing any contractual changes, including salary changes
- Ongoing validation of all employee related documents
- Absence Management
- Coordination of the recruitment process
- Providing administrative support with preparation of paperwork for employee relations
- casework hearings/ appeals/probationary reviews
- Reporting stats to Directors
The HR Coordinator will have:
- Some Human Resources experience.
- An ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to demands and changes within the business and remain professional,focused, and motivated.
- Confident in making informed decisions that will positively impact the company
