An expanding business based on the outskirts of Chertsey is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team during a period of continued growth. The role will start as temporary with a view to becoming permanent. It is likely the role will become permanent after 3 months but this could happen sooner.

**HR Assistant - About The Role**:
As the HR Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the HR department. You will carry out administrative duties, drive process flow through the HR department and keep the pace of the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key duties include:

- Draft and amend standard pro forma letters
- Draft contracts and other employment documentation and ensure these are signed in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate background checks via a supplier
- Draft and post job adverts for recruitment from job descriptions
- Manage the HR inbox, answering frequently asked questions
- Schedule interviews and chase feedback from managers
- Co-ordinate induction plans and induction meetings
- Raise new starter tickets with IT
- Set up digital and hard copy personnel files for new starters
- Set up new starters on HR CRM
- Send exit interviews to leavers
- Draft headcount justification and offer developments forms and upload to DocuSign for signature
