Responsibilities:

- Employee Life Cycle
- Onboarding Process
- Right to Work Process
- Processing any contractual changes, including salary changes, etc
- Ongoing validation of all employee related documents
- Absence Management
- Leaver Administration
- Coordination of the recruitment process
- Providing note taking support to the HR team for employee relations casework hearings/ appeals and investigations meetings
- Providing administrative support with preparation of paperwork for employee relations casework hearings/ appeals/probationary reviews
- Reporting stats to Directors weekly
Knowledge/Skills
- HR Experience - some experience is acceptable as full training will be given.
- An individual who has the ability to multi-task, but maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office packages, ie; Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Be an extremely organised and ambitious individual with the ability and conviction to work to tight deadlines and go above and beyond
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Be able to adapt to demands and changes within the business and remain professional, focused, and motivated.
- Be confident in making informed decisions that will positively impact the company
- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Must have GCSE English & Maths as a minimum
- Personable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and must be numerate

**Salary**:
Circa £24,000 to £28,000 based on experience
