**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing support to all Events activity relating to the International Motors brands (Subaru/Isuzu/ORA). This is a varied and interesting role which will include forming relationships with UK event support teams and working all over the UK to help promote International Motors products at shows and exhibitions.

Reporting into the Group Events Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with dealers to ensure they have all relevant event details, data, and actions.
- Updating/maintaining of systems and spreadsheets with a range of event actions and costings.
- Attending events to ensure smooth running but also as an IML representative. Covering Events team members where necessary also.
- Liaising with various external events companies to book locations and resources for events and promotions.
- Negotiating and providing cost analysis for all bookings.
- Assisting with analytical reporting and providing feedback across all aspects of events.
- Contributing to creative concepts.
- Communicating with marketing team to brief effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary, crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.
- Writing copy for event EDMs, briefs, and show guides.
- Working with marketing department on social media campaigns and content

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must have experience working in the events or hospitality industry.
- Have an interest in automotive.
- Ability to be entirely flexible to work the hours required by the team and clients including regular weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
