Job Title: Marketing Partnerships and Events Manager

Location: Hybrid in office once a month

Contract: Full time, 12 month FTC

Salary: £40,000-£47,000

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is available for a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and events management to contribute to strategic projects as a Marketing Partnerships and Events Manager. The role offers an opportunity to support the implementation of strategic projects and manage key events across the organisation for a 12-month period, with the potential for extension based on success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing contributions to key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create marketing materials and collaborate with internal/external creative teams and agencies.
  • Define success metrics, track KPIs, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate event strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage event budgets, relationships with suppliers, and track ROI.
  • Oversee planning and execution of key events, including conferences, exhibitions, and internal initiatives.
  • Develop toolkits and processes for smooth event management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build partnerships and explore cross-collaborations to enhance the event programme.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and cohesion across projects.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and develop strategies to improve future event performance.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation in event management and marketing strategies.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Proven experience in marketing project management and event planning (5+ years).
  • Strong skills in KPI development, ROI measurement, and budget management.
  • Expertise in managing suppliers, agencies, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Solid understanding of B2B/B2C marketing, customer journeys, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with strategic thinking, event systems/software, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure valuable partnerships and supplier agreements.
