**Job Overview**:
The Lead Product Owner will work with the Head of Product to define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with company goals and objectives.

**Your Role**:
- Lead a team of Product Owners, providing guidance, and support to ensure successful go-to market and operational readiness activities for the Solaris Product function.
- Work with the Product Delivery function to gather requirements, prioritise features, and define product backlogs.
- Collaborate with key cross -functional stakeholders to ensure products are stood up operationally from launch.
- Conduct market research and work with key partners to understand market trends when ideating new product features.
- Maintain strong relationships with Solaris’ key suppliers and provide guidance to Product Owners in that capacity.
- Carry out supplier performance monitoring and work with internal functions to identify new suppliers as and when necessary.
- Ensure implementation of KPIs across the product suite to ensure each feature meets the customers’ needs whilst satisfying relevant regulatory requirements.
**We'd Love to See**:
- Proven Experience as a Product Owner in the financial services sector with an understanding of the end to end product lifecycle.
- Proven track record or developing and executing on product roadmaps and delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the payments landscape in the UK and Europe including customer trends and evolving regulatory frameworks. Ability to harness this knowledge to develop innovative solutions to meet customer’s needs.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management across both internal stakeholders (Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Engineers, Business Leaders) and external stakeholders (Regulators, Clients, Suppliers)
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies and the and experience working in Agile Development environments and managing and prioritising backlogs.
