**_
A vacancy has arisen for Tool Builder - Lead, 1st shift _**
- Fibrelite Composites designs, manufactures, tests and provides components and products to protect the environment and the consumer._

**_Physical Work Requirements:_**
- _
Standing/ sitting 8-10 hours_
- _ Bending_
- _ Reaching_
- _ Pushing/pulling_
- _ Squatting _
- _Must be able to use adhesives, lubricants, etc. _
- _Small hand tools usage_
- _ Lifting _**_50 lbs./23 KG frequently_**:

- _ Work in manufacturing environment, including non-air condition_

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- _ Leading and managing team to ensure targets are being completed on time._
- _ Working with Technical Team to ensuring all drawings are being shared on time and are correct._
- _ Tracking material, tool and inventory needs for the department._
- _ Actively building tools and supporting engineering team._
- _ Using panel saw and CNC milling machines (training will be given)._
- _ Using of hand held tools and power tools._
- _ Understanding of technical drawings._
- _ Maintaining safe conditions at all the times and ensuring safe work practices are followed by team at all the times._
- _ Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies._
- _ Communicating any problems or obstacles to Manager immediately._
- _ Supporting the engineering team in daily tasks if required._
- _ Notify management team on any delays and outages._
- _ Responsibilities include implementing and sustaining manufacturing technologies that continuously improve operational excellence._
- _ Assisting Manager in daily tasks to ensure all jobs are completed and production is not affected._
- _ Ensuring that all equipment used in the department is properly maintained and operational at all the times._
- _ Performing other duties as assigned by management. _
- _Adhering to all required company policies._

- _ Experience in team leading strongly preferred._
- _ Ability to operate all equipment and tools used in the department incl. saws, drills, angle grinders, CNC milling machines etc. (trainings will be provided)_
- _ Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment._
- _ Experience in operating Counterbalance is preferred._

Required Skills:_**
- _ Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to speak, read and write English._
- _ Good level of numeracy skill and comfortable dealing with figures._
- _ Ability to effectively problem-solve, in a fast-paced environment._
- _ Effective time management, planning and organizational skills._
- _ Strong organizational skills._
