- Please note this is a hybrid role where you will need to be in our Bracknell office twice a week with occasional travel to our London HQ.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building a strong and professional supportive relationship with our hiring managers
- Supporting with arranging, attending and implementing set recruitment strategies for call centre staff and administration.
- Documenting all company and personnel information with attention to detail following all GDPR and data protection guidance.
- Attending weekly recruitment meetings with the business
- Keeping track of key recruitment data for reporting purposes.
- Undertaking any relevant training as and when required in order to effectively deliver the role and expand your knowledge.
- Carrying out activities as requested by the Senior Management Team to support the business objectives and expansion.

**Key skills:**
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple pieces of work at any one time
- Experienced with carrying out telephone interviews
- Experience hiring for a call center would be advantageous
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Problem solving - to use initiative to deal with problems efficiently and effectively.
- Planning and organising to prioritise your tasks and deliver them in a structured and effective manner.
- Self-management - to recognise when you need further training or need performance feedback to improve in your role and then arrange the actions necessary for this with your line manager.
