**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to all operational departments.
- Expedites flow of work and initiates follow-up action when required.
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing supplies at the most cost-effective price to meet business requirements and preparing purchase orders using Oracle.
- Responsible for goods receiving orders in Oracle.
- Attend weekly meetings with Admin Team Lead - proactively get involved and share ideas on how to do things more efficiently.
- Coordinating all job file filling and archiving.
- Encourage and take an active role in move to an e-document office environment.
- Any other duties as required including answering the telephone.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
- Educated to Standard Grade level and have previous experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated to be able to work alone and prioritise your workload under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
