Multi Utilities company based in Milnrow requires an Administration Assistant to join their team.
The role
- Ordering plant/hiring vehicles
- Liaising with Hire/plant Companies regarding any queries and cost clarification
- Check and Log current invoices onto our internal management system/database - Update and amend information as required
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and portals where required
- Use company systems to raise and process purchase orders for suppliers
- Matching invoices to delivery notes
- Answering telephone
- Scanning and copying of files
- Adhoc duties
Who we're looking for
- An office based personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multitask
- Honest and reliable
Salary depending on experience
The company are located on a bus and tram route and close to motorway
