Hyde is looking to recruit an apprentice Income Officer.
Are you interested in pursuing a career in finance and income management? Do you have strong analytical skills and a passion for ensuring financial sustainability? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Income Officer at Hyde.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Income Officers to assist in the prevention or reduction of customer arrears across the business.
- Support Income Officers to make a welcome call to new customers.
- Process customer requests for payments being taken or refunded.
- Take inbound contact from customers in the management of customer accounts.
- Update Hyde’s Income and case management systems, maintaining accurate up to date records and file notes of all customer contact.
- Ensure customers receive appropriate advice and guidance regarding benefits and welfare entitlements to maximise the resident’s potential income, making appropriate referrals where needed.
- Visit customers in their homes, when required, with the Income Officer.
- Interest in finance, income management, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
