Hyde is looking to recruit an Apprentice Credit Control Officer.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Income Services team by contributing to Hyde’s income, credit Control, and collections activities.
- Assist with monitoring and chasing outstanding payments, providing clear and timely communication with customers.
- Learn to analyse financial data and produce regular reports, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
- Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a coordinated and customer-focused approach to credit control.
- Undertake training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship program, enhancing your financial and credit control knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in finance, credit control, or a related field.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
