**Duties & Responsibilities**
To ensure an efficient and accurate administration service to the Covers Trade Centre, Chichester and to ensure that the following tasks are carried out:
1. Ensure that all points outlined in the admin task checklist are actioned in a timely manner.
2. Checking all outstanding sales orders, investigating and advancing where necessary.
3. Daily supplier invoice matching.
4. Check all outstanding purchase orders, investigating and closing down where necessary.
5. Checking all outstanding customer returns.
6. Checking all outstanding supplier returns.
7. Checking zero value lines, investigating reasons why and correcting errors where needed.
8. Weekly check of zero average cost smartview, investigating reasons why and correcting average cost/stock adjustments where required.
9. Monitoring weekly timesheets.
10. Monitoring credited special code smartview, checking reason for being in stock - to be supplier returned, re-sold or converted to stock lines etc.
11. Clear parked orders and parked quotes by liaising with relevant department managers.
13. Customer account queries to be kept up to date. Raise necessary credits or rejection letters, close queries and liaise with credit control and Depot Manager where necessary.
Previous office experience in a similar role is essential. Applicants must be a competent Microsoft Office user. Applicants must be inquisitive in nature and a good problem solver.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 07.00am to 17.00pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
