Member Relationship Coordinator

We have two Member Relationship Coordinator roles available working for a large not-for-profit organisation just outside the centre of York with free onsite parking and excellent public transport routes.

Coordinating the delivery of key communication and engagement activities for the company employees who volunteer in the community and promote participation across the business.

If you have experience planning events with the ability to prioritise conflicting and competing demands to meet deadlines, have great verbal and written communication skills, then we want to talk to you.

Some of the responsibilities for this Member Relationship Coordinator role are:

- Act as an advocate for member participation within the organisation
- Work alongside your team and the community representatives to provide support in delivering member meet-ups including sourcing venues, speakers, registrations and post event learnings
- Provide regular content for each online engagement platform
- Assist with the arrangements for training new community representatives including sourcing the venue, registrations and post event learnings.
- Work both internal and external stakeholders within the community and the organisation

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, earning a salary of £21,000-£26,000 depending on experience.
