Member Relationship Executive

Benenden Health has an exciting opportunity within its Member Engagement Team. We’re looking for a Member Relationship Executive to support key aspects of Benenden Health’s democratic structure that promote member participation on an fixed term contract of 12 months initially.
In this role, you will
- Develop strong working relationships with Community Representatives to successfully deliver our member engagement strategy.
- Work in partnership with Community Representatives to plan and deliver an annual schedule of Member Meetups across the UK, and member engagement through our Online Community.
- Build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including members, Community Representatives, suppliers, and colleagues.
The Member Engagement Team follows Benenden Health’s Smart Working principles and operates on a hybrid working basis. You will be expected to spend at least one day a week in the office with other team members and must be able to respond flexibly should additional time in the office be required to suit business need.
In addition, this role will include some travel around the UK to support the delivery of key member engagement events.
