**About the role**

Joining us as Repairs Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for helping provide a high-quality, customer focused Repairs Service to our domestic properties and care homes, and offices. This will include coordinating incoming Materials for all our work streams including responsive repairs, void repairs, cyclical repairs, Modernisation works.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative functions, to include Calling stakeholders to arrange repair appointments following ordering of parts, collate reports on repairs and materials data, providing efficient and effective support to the immediate team, you’ll have a proactive approach, assisting with the constant improvement process across our operative Van material stock kept on our systems, whilst suggesting new ideas from your previous working experience.

**About you**

First-class communication skills are essential, as is having a confident style, especially on the telephone. With a friendly and approachable personality, you will look at various ways of communicating with people based on their needs.

With previous experience working within a coordinator role, you’ll have sound Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to interpret information provided, being able to format into reports, coupled with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of equality of opportunity, diversity and inclusion.
