**Receptionist / Administrator
Central Bristol / Office Based
c£20,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Super Benefits
The Company:
**As superb well-established organisation within the financial service industry who genuinely look after their staff.
**The Job**: To provide a full reception service. Responsibility for ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and ready for use, you will also undertake post duties and general administration support for the People Team.

**Key responsibilities:
**Meets, greets and books in visitors. Issues security badges where appropriate. Telephones the employee the visitor is seeing and gives appropriate guidance.
Acts as telephone receptionist, routing incoming switchboard calls to staff.
Arranges taxis for visitors or staff leaving the building.
Looks after the reception area, ensuring that required magazines and literature are available and kept tidy and up to date.
Takes bookings for meeting areas.
Liaises with outside caterers as required in connection with bookings for lunch or refreshments. Makes bookings with external restaurants.
Arranges for couriers and other mail pick-ups.
Liaises with landlords and maintenance contractors as appropriate.

**Assists with administration tasks including:

- **New Starter Process.
Maintenance of Learning Portal.
Co-ordination of Training events.
Updating Company Intranet/Internet sites.
Post duties including ordering of stationery.
Various ad-hoc tasks.

**The Person:
**Our client is looking for an adaptable, highly presented individual with great people skills. It is important that this person can give a good impression to visitors both internally and externally and remain unflustered under pressure. You will beconversant with Microsoft Office tools and have excellent administration skills and an ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative. An individual who has a lovely positive and professional approach, a can do attitude, takes pride intheir work and loves to provide a first class service.

**The Salary**: c£20k
**The Hours**: 35 hours per week to cover Mon-Fri
**The Location**: Central Bristol
