We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Senior Benefits Coordinator position, on behalf of a leading US law firm.

This is a 12-month FTC position, working within a high-performing HR team.

The Senior Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for enrolling new members in benefits schemes, conducting benefits meetings, auditing benefit membership lists, leading on the annual renewal of benefits, liaising with providers, responding to all related queries, and providing timely pension change information for payroll.

In addition, you will promote wellbeing initiatives, provide monthly reports, and assist with general administration on benefit and wellbeing related projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a benefits/rewards professional to join a leading US law firm. Suitable applicants will have amassed substantial benefits experience from a legal or professional services environment, in order to hit the ground running and possess strong writing, communication and time management skills.

A highly competitive salary is on offer, plus hybrid working arrangements (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote working).

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Yearly bonus
