The role will suit someone who enjoys utilising their knowledge and experience to help a diverse range of hospitality superstars reach their full potential. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be at the heart of delivering the learning required to inspire and equip our teams across The Celtic Collection’s diverse range of properties, venues, and restaurants from 2 AA Rosette fine dining to award-winning British cuisine, Asian flavours, and International buffet. With a breadth of Learning and Development experience, you will be a versatile trainer, supporting the delivery of Food Service Academy training to both permanent and casual employees. Understanding 5* standards, you will continually work to ensure that an unsurpassed guest experience is consistently delivered across all the Celtic Collection.
