Leadership Development Trainer

As a Leadership Development Trainer within the Learning and Development team, you will be at the heart of delivering the learning required to inspire and equip our teams across our diverse range of properties and venues. You will design, build and deliver engaging supervisory, management and personal development training programs, facilitate workshops, seminars and be involved in 1:1 coaching sessions. You will assess training needs and customise content to deliver targeted, bespoke learning and evaluate the effectiveness of your training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
