About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trainer to join our Training and Development Department. As a PMVA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face training to all clinicians working within the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality PMVA training to staff, ensuring they are competent and confident in the use of PMVA techniques.
  2. Verify and audit data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  3. Track training progress, organize, and categorize data to inform future training.
  4. Develop and update spreadsheets, data visualization, and reporting to support training and compliance.
  5. Communicate with key personnel to maintain PMVA compliance and its benefits to the Division.
  6. Analyze and provide feedback on RL Datix incident reports to improve PMVA training and compliance.
  7. Generate monthly compliance statistics for wards and senior management.
  8. Develop and create training materials to support various training programs in the department.
