**The Opportunity**

As our Field Sales Trainer you'll be reporting into our Business Development Director, working closely together to design and deliver a World-Class training and development plan to ensure our New Business Sales Managers and Account Managers are fully equipped to be the best versions of themselves and to support our continued success as the UK’s leading number 1 Parts Cleaning Expert.

This is an exciting role for someone who has a successful background in selling, still enjoys the buzz of a sale and builds high-performing teams through experience of field, 121 and group training and continuous development. Both a strategic and hands on role, this is a high-profile position within Safetykleen and provides a strong platform to progress your career with us.

Please note - this is a National role which requires flexibility to travel across UK and Ireland with up to 3 or 4 nights a week away from home

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Emersed in our business and strategy, you’ll ensure our training is aligned to achieve and exceed our company Vision
- Build and deliver a superb ‘grass roots’ training plan to include onboarding of new employees, 121 field training and coaching, group training and activities - in person and technology led
- Create and deliver a robust development plan to equip our sales teams to reach their full individual potential - continuously monitoring sales figures and KPI’s and identifying skills gap analysis to quickly implement effective solutions
- You’ll be in the field with our people, meeting potential and existing customers and, where necessary, leading by example to close sales opportunities
- Communicate any suggested sales process blockages and influence changes to ensure the best process is in place for our customers and our people

And can then translate into effective sales training strategies that result in more closed deals and happier customers.
- **Customer Centric**:

- ‘the customer is always in the room’ - you are an advocate for bringing the customers’ voice into all you do
- **Solutions Orientated **-** **looks at the problem holistically and neutrally; understanding the full scope of the problem, pulls the right people and processes together to create a structured approach to create the training and development solutions
- **Experienced Sales Trainer **- you are an accomplished trainer who can demonstrate working in a similar role with proven success
- **Full UK Drivers Licence holder**
