At Ideagen, we are committed to driving sustained growth through strategic enablement of our sales teams. As a Sales Tech Stack Trainer within our Revenue Operations team, your primary goal will be to enhance the skills, productivity, and effectiveness of our sales personnel by leveraging our comprehensive Tech Stack. You will be instrumental in educating and coaching our teams on how to optimise technology to achieve superior sales outcomes and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Training Delivery: Conduct dynamic training sessions using a blend of Online Learning, Virtual Training, and Face to Face interactions. Focus on key systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Azora CPQ, Pardot, and Outreach to enhance sales strategies and execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make adjustments as needed to improve engagement and outcomes. Collaborate with team leads and managers to listen to and score sales calls to boost ongoing sales efficiency.
- Audit and Optimisation: Perform audits on system usage and content collection. Identify opportunities for increasing user engagement and optimising the sales process.
- Content Development: Create and maintain an internal blog to share success stories, highlight effective practises, and address areas needing attention.
- Data Analysis: Generate actionable insights from sales and tech usage data to inform training strategies and sales practises.
- Coaching: Develop and sustain an ongoing coaching model to nurture and support both new and existing sales representatives and consultants.
Skills and Experience:
- Sales and Training Expertise: You bring 3+ years of experience in direct sales roles such as SDR, BDR, and AE, including leadership positions, coupled with at least 1 year in Sales Enablement as a trainer or coach.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in CRM and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, Kaia, Chorus) and engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft.
- Content Creation: Competence in developing educational content across various media and structuring effective learning paths within Learning Management Systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven background in SaaS sales, which is crucial for understanding the specific challenges and opportunities in our market.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse sales data and enablement metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships across sales and various cross-functional teams.
