We have a fantastic opportunity as a** Trainer** **to join our fantastic team of trainers to deliver accredited and bespoke training days in our HSS training venues. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is looking for both a challenge and a future career path to flourish in the training industry.

We are recruiting across England in various base locations covering Midlands, the South West, London and the East of England. In this role you will be on the road, so as part of the package you will have a car provided. If you are based in one of the above areas then we would love to hear from you.

The role will consist of managing training development, planning, mentoring, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of working at height courses as well as bespoke, accredited course lines within the business.

The team you will manage must ensure a high-quality standard of excellence in teaching, learning and achievement across HSS training accredited training schemes.

**What do you bring?**
- Knowledge of work at height training or have training experience and knowledge within Health and Safety with understanding of training accreditation operational standards
- Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA
- Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing a team successfully. Remote team management experience beneficial, but not essential.
- Creative problem solving in order to support our diverse workforce across the region
