We are currently recruiting for a maternity cover for 9-12 months for the role of a Credit Management Admin Assistant.

In this role you will assist the Credit Management team as the prime administrator of the direct debit file creation customer statement distribution and collection file processing

**Location: Dover**

What does the role involve:

- Liaison with external and internal customers
- Distribute direct debit mandates to bank where required and ensure that copies are filed in appropriate systems
- Create direct debit runs in line with collection intervals, dispatching account statements to customers.
- Allocation of payments to customer accounts, update finance systems

About you:

- Relevant experience in a finance environment
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel
- Accurate and methodical with an attention to detail
- Knowledge of systems such as HSBC.net (desirable not essential)
